Team
Jack Welch
Jack, co-founder of Edge Property Solutions, brings extensive experience to the company.
Starting as a carpenter at 16, he expanded his skills by working in a joinery shop for two years after a broken ankle. Jack has worked on diverse properties, including historic buildings, and progressed to site foreman, managing other trades.
He holds an SMSTS certificate and stays current with industry standards. Outside work, Jack is an accomplished motorbike trials competitor, representing his country and placing 4th overall in the British championships.
Helen Slee
Helen, the other half of the founding team at Edge Property Solutions, brings 26 years of construction industry experience to the company.
She trained as a Quantity Surveyor and later progressed into management, gaining expertise in both small commercial projects and residential work, including numerous projects on listed buildings.
Helen’s passion lies in working closely with clients from the outset to ensure their budget and needs are met.
Like Jack, she holds an SMSTS certificate, demonstrating her commitment to safety and industry standards.
In her spare time, Helen is an active individual who has competed in equestrian sports and enjoys walking. She has also dedicated her time to volunteering for a local village hall, helping raise money through organising events. This year, Helen is committed to participating in a charity Hike for Newlife across the Malvern hills, showcasing her enthusiasm for giving back to the community.
